Post Device

Post at the post office using our free
label or via "Special Delivery" and
obtain a proof of posting receipt.

Await Payment

Once we receive your device
a payment will be issued within 
         1 working day.


Once we receive your post, an e-mail confirm will be sent to you followed by a payment within two working days. Any devices found with a fault will be presented with a revised offer for your approval. You will then have an option to either accept or decline within five working days. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with the revised quote, your device will be returned to you.

How Do I Ship My Item?
Simply package up your item using your own packaging. Then attach our shipping label with clear tape. You can drop off your package at any Post Office. It is recommended to ship your device using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
How Long Does It Take To Get Paid?
Your payment is issued as soon your item(s) are received and inspected, usually within 1 working day of our receipt of your item(s).
What If My Apple Device is Activation Locked?
